Hay fever that strikes from April to June is usually due to tree, weed and grass pollen. If seasonal allergies are wreaking havoc on your sinuses, here are a few tips to minimize their effects. Shower before bed to remove any pollen residue from your skin and hair. Keep your windows and doors shut, especially on dry, windy days. Though pollen counts can vary widely day to day, levels tend to be highest from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. Go for walks during the evening, when counts are lower.
