I would caution against the notion that essential oils alone have the ability to cure or treat serious health conditions. In such matter it is always recommended that you consult with a duly licensed and competent health care professional.

In any case, I do strongly believe that essential oils should be an &quot;essential&quot; part of any effort to pursue a holistic wellness lifestyle.
